Application failed to initialize properly

Really like this exploder enhancement - makes using Windows XP actually worth it. Recently ran into an issue that forced me to reformat and reinstall XP (installed IE Beta 1, then upgraded to SP3, then installed Beta 2 - I know, but I'm a web developer and I need to stay on top of what's coming) - after slip streaming SP3 onto SP2 and installing, one of the first things I did was download QTTabBar and attempt to install it. Only get that crappy XP "Application failed to initialize properly" dialog. Tried downloading 1.2.2.1 with several different browsers, IE, Opera, Chrome and FF - same problem with all downloads :(
