can't open batch file with qttabbar

Hi, i've problems to open a batch-file over the shortcut menu. the batch-file is in C:/programme/ . i open it with this settings:
path: C:/programme/batch.bat
parameter: no parameter
open in: C:/programme
the batch-file uses cmd-commands. cmd.exe is in C:\windows\system32
i also tried to open another batch-file which opens the file i want.
i doesn't work. please help me :)
