Tab icons, how to enable / why not working

So, I was happily using Qttabbar, when my computer (from other reasons) went nuts.
Had to format and reinstall everything.
Everything else is working perfectly after little tweaking, except for the tab icons…
Also it seems I cant mousewheel click any of those links anymore…

How can I get those icons back ?

under tab option check "folder icon"
