Problem with control panel in winxp

i have problems when open the control panel of windows, this only closes and don't shows error message.
can open the panel only if you turn off the qttabbar, qtadreesbar … but i can no longer re-activate(Qttabbar) until i restart windows
this is the last version, and i have installed .net framework 3.5 in win xp
