Hello :-)
I have been using QTTabBar on Windows XP 32 bit and it's a very great piece of software, well done you guys !
I have a question, does QtTabBar works on Vista 64 bit edition?
John.
The last version seems to work on vista64 but I cannot configure it to open explorer in the same windows. I could merge all windows in one, bet when you open another window explorer, it would open in another tab. (version 1.2.1.3)
QTTabBar will work - I use Vista 64 - but the File Tools plug-in did not work for me. That plug-in's tools, on Vista's Windows Explorer toolbar, did not function correctly. Alas, this means that QTTabBar would not give me tools for "Copy to…" and "Move to…" (and a few other functions). So, I'm stuck with the right-click context menu for that and, eventually, I uninstalled QTTabBar because of that.
Works fine for me on Ultimate x64. Try it out, you've got nothing to lose.

Hi! Does anybody of you know if there is a way to get 'subfolder tips' and preview tooltips working on Vista 64bit?
It works for me, same as it does in 32bit.
I use Vista Home premium 64 bit, and when I install QT TabBar I can't extrax files using my WinRar program.
Why not? Does the context menu work?
Not sure what you mean by your question. But when I have/had QT Tab bar installed I would have no extract options when I would right click on a zipped file so that I can extract it.
If that issue can be/ or is fixed I would love to know. I love this program and have really missed using it. I sooooo hate the clutter from having massive amounts of windows open.
What I meant was "does the right-click context menu work?" and your answer is apparently, no. I have never had that problem with Winrar and QTTabbar. Open Winrar options and turn the context menu options off and on again.
