Can't Install
Anonymous (69.209.118.x) 1203876705|%e %b %Y, %H:%M %Z|agohover

I can't install Qttab for some reason. It gives me the error Registerqttabbar.exe has encountered a problem." I check my c:\windows\assemble for those trhee files, and they aren't there. What do I do?
