when i first saw this option in the options - "No windows resizing", i rejoiced - finally i will make a stop to those idiotic applications which open an explorer window, 100x100 sized - which sometimes you have trouble to notice at all at 1920x1200…
but nope, that was not the case - even though after restart the qttabbar really intercepts all openings of explorer, those arrogant applications still have the freedom which i now lost, they can resize, but i cannot.
i would appreciate it to be vice-versa.
any possibilities to thunking the calls with size modifications?

Hmm…I hear ya. I like having windows set to certain dimensions.

This isn't related to Quizo's stuff, but it may help. It's called AutoSizer and it's free. I've used it for a couple years now and it behaves very nicely with other programs and has never crashed.

yeah, i've seen it some time ago - but then voted against it, because it took too much ram for such a small service. qttabbar is in the ram anyway, so it would be perhaps possible "for free" :) i have no idea about the mechanisms involved in explorer, only a programmer's feeling… once, i will study it, i hope… msdn is installed, only to search and read, if it's in it at all :)
