QTTabBar is very good software. but microsoft .NET is so big and so slow,i loathe it.

I hop you can write a QTTabBar that no use microsoft .NET for Win2000/XP。specially for Win2000.

I understand & agree with what you've said, but unfortunately, I think .NET is here to stay. More & more programs & utilities are requiring it. ATI video card drivers (and probably others) have required it's installation for a long time now. I believe we're going to be severly limited on what we can use without NET installed in the future…the trend is certainly going in that direction.

Yup, it's too heavy and slow. I agree that .NET is here to stay, but I think that a software like QTTabBar and QTToolBar should be as lightweight as possible.

I second that. I must also say I suspect .NET conflicts with other programs I use. I can't say how much I hate it… I installed it only because QTTabBar needs it :-)

I think this is a very, very great plugin for Windows, and if Quizo will port it to C++, it will be great. I think it's not too much difficult with Visual C++ Express:
