Install Just Hangs

This looks like a really great app. Downloaded 1.2.2. Install runs for about 5 seconds and then hangs and I am forced to reboot. Any ideas what is going on? Don't see a log file.

Does it happen frequently or from time to time ?You see XP isn't a good guy…
