Always open in new tab (Vista Explorer)

My XP system is set to open any new Explorer instance in a new tab, so I have only one Windows Explorer (with many tabs) in my TaskBar.

How can I get the same functionality in my Vista system? I always end with two Windows Explorer in my TaskBar.
