How to uninstall plugin FolderTreeButton

I cannot uninstall plugin of QTTabBar called "FolderTreeButton". I uninstalled QTTabBar but the plugin remained. When I open any folder I have button "Folders" on toolbar pressed and tree of folders on the left. I can unpress button "Folders" or close left panel of folder tree but when I open another folder, button "Folders" and Tree of folders are turned on again. If I close the tree of folders and try to open a folder which I see in the opened folder, that folder opens not in the same window but in a new one.
How to uninstall this plugin? I do not want to have panel of folders on the left because it works very slowly and slows down my computer.
