QTTabBar does not open folder junctions

Hi,
I make extensive use of folder junctions in my Windows 7 x64 system (see http://schinagl.priv.at/nt/hardlinkshellext/hardlinkshellext.html).
Unfortunately, it seems QTTabBar does not recognize these folder junctions as folders, so clicking on a junction does not open it in a tab like it would do with an ordinary folder.
Is there any chance this could be fixed in QTTabBar? I really like it and I would like to use it, but I need to be able to open junctions as ordinary folders.

Have you ever found a solution to this issue? I have a Junction Link on my WHS Server (Same Drive).
the root share is mapped a network drive on my clients.
Without QTTabBar 1038 double clicking works, but with QTTabBar not.
I also can click the "+" signe in front of the folder an sub folders works also in QTTabBar.

Just double click a junction doesnt work and a popup of QTTabBar comes up.
