What is the purpose of the Folder Memo plugin, and how should I use it?

It pops up a small "post-it" style note when you open any directory you assigned it to. It's a way of reminding yourself of tasks that may be associated with those directories. One thing makes it inconvenient though, that closing it doesn't delete the memo. Having to select the text of the memo and delete it is a bit awkward and unintuitive.
There's also a freeware note program called Stickies (quite awesome) that does this using window name recognition. With Stickies you can assign reminders to pop up anywhere: when a tab is opened in Firefox to a certain site or page, when opening a program, or just like Quizo's plugin, a window in explorer.
I like the current functionality.
If a note is in the way you should be able to close it without it being deleted.
Ahh, but how do you use it? I searched the old manual, the unfinished new manual, and the files included in the plugin download but I cannot find any instructions except to say that it runs in the background and does not have a button. I can't figure out how to access the function for writing a memo and assigning it to a folder?
i have exactly the same question…. how do i use it?
