I have installed QTTabBar on my Vista x32 machine. I install the program, restart, then when trying to start QTTabBar toolbar, I get the above error. My error details contains the following:

Stopped working

This is a known problem see http://qttabbar.wikidot.com/forum/t-29516/bug-reports#post-84006
If you just rename the verclsid.exe file in the system folder to verclsid.exe.bak then the toolbar works just fine.
I don't really know what verclsid.exe does but so far nothing seems broken without it.
