Cannot Install

I've installed .net framework 3.5 per the instructions in the Q & A and I still get this error message when I run the setup file:

System.Security.SecurityException: Request for the permission type
'System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission, mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0
Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=b77a5c561934e089' failed.
at system.Security.CodeAccessSecurityEngine.Check(Object demand,……..

What do I do to fix this? Thank you.

It seems to be caused by accessing Temp folder of your system.
the installer creates temporary files in user Temp folder.
Do you have a right to access that folder?

Yes. I can open the "Temp" folder in my Windows Vista Directory if that's what you mean.

I finally got it installed by copying the setup files to my local hard drive and running the setup from there versus my server drive.
