Is it possible to skin the 'Desktop Tool' ?

I love the desktop tool, but the blueish look doesn't match my black windows theme. Is it possible to give the Desktop Tool another skin?

hi,
currently skin is not implemented.
for the time being, how about uncheck "Draw title background" in the context menu of taskbar tool?
