When clicking on a shortcut to a folder, which uses the "/root" parameter (which means that the explorer tree will have this folder as root and not the "Desktop" entry - this is used by the default shortcut to "My Documents"), there is a problem when opening another folder, that's not within this partial tree (e.g. a shortcut to a drive). (the capture new instances option has to be set for this to happen). The explorer window then goes into endless loop popping up error messages (which are unreadable, because they close on their own immediately). Eventually explorer dies and restarts (including the taskbar).

When clicking on a shortcut to a folder, which uses the "/root" parameter (which means that the explorer tree will have this folder as root and not the "Desktop" entry - this is used by the deafult shortcut to "My Documents"), there is a problem when opening another folder, that's not within this partial tree.

Re: Problem with explorer shortcut using "/root" parameter
This should have been in the first post: I'm using XP SP3 and the 1.3.0.1 of QTTabBar.
And by the way: Thanks for this great extension. It finally makes windows filemanagement easy, without having to install an explorer replacement, that misses half the standard explorer features.
