can't install/run QTTabBar on Windows 10 - 64Bit

hello, i have problems to run this tool. i have installed the last version of yout qttabbar. i have installed and restart the system (windows 10 64bit) but dont finde shortcut on desktop or entrys on explorer. i have checkt last installerd programms but no listings of QTTabBar. i hae installed again. and restart syste,. the same problem… can you help me?

okay i have fix it!
after restart i find the entrys on explorer. the readme by the setup.zip helps! (readme_en.html#install)

okay i have some wishes:

1. can you set QTTabBar into Installations List?

2. can you run "readme_en.html#install" after installation or give a infos @ installer how finde QTTabBar on explorer!
alternativ open "readme_en.html#install" after restart.

3. can you install the "readmeeimages, preview key map, readme_en/ja" into "C:\Program Files\QTTabBar\" like from the setup QTTabBar_xxxx.zip?

other:

4. i wish you can trasnalte into other languages like german.
5. can you fix the readme (in future) to set infos for the last OS like windows 10 forowd other old systems on readme.

Okay i have downloaded german as language file. :-)
i have one wishes:
i like to blendout menübar but when iam actiave the Tabs i want show this everytime!

question:
i want to group/merg icons/options into a dropdown menü like all chronic
how i did it?
