Excellent program.

I have a problem(because i don't know)

I downloaded all plugins zip files and extracted them to a single directory. In the options, i selected all the plugin dlls and they were loaded.
Now is the question. I don't see the functionality of these plugins anywhere. How do i activate them?

I even restarted my system. I could see all toolbars checked and visible. It's only these additional plugins (available from this site itself) are not activated/functional.

Please let me know how to activate these plugins.

Enable (if you haven't already) then right click the QT Standard Buttons and select Customize. The plug in tools will be in the list to the left. Select an insert point in the right list then move the tool over.
