Like it, but a tad slow

Love the program, recommend it to all. But, the menu pop-ups seem to be a bit slow compared to explorer's own menu pop-ups. For example, I've put folder junctions in my Quick Launch, which pop-up and follow the directory structure more quickly than QT does. I'm using Vista. Any hope for getting faster responses in upcoming versions?

I am using WinXP and QTTabBar's menus are just as fast as explorer's menus are. (I should also mention that I have all special menu effects like fading or scrolling disabled and have the Windows menus set to be as fast as possible.) I have a C2Q 6600, but it might have more to do with WinXP than the processor.

Actualy I'vo done some testing with .NET and it look slike Quizo is to blame :)

Quizo please compile qttabbar with x86 option (for release) instead MSIL(any CPU). I've been playing with it and x86 has zero (very near zero) load time and explorer is immidiatly there. Love the search option (very very helpfull) but hate waiting explorer to load :(
