Click on the "image & movie file" drop down menu, then you can select every type of file extension & either delete or set the preview, for each type individually.

Works great with .jpg, but whenever I get anywhere NEAR a .avi, I get a windows exception and the explorer crashes. Any idea why? Can I customize this so it does .jpg's and ignores avi?
