						 <p>WindowBlinds skins will change system color settings. You can edit which colors are used for what items by a certain skin using Skin Studio (it's not free), or you can edit them directly by right clicking on your desktop and clicking<br /> <strong>Personalize</strong> —&gt; <strong>Window Color and Appearance</strong> —&gt; <strong>Open classic appearance properties…</strong> —&gt; <strong>Advanced</strong></p> <p>In the "Item:" dropdown box you want to select <strong>ToolTip</strong>. I don't know how to change the color of the background, but you can change the font's color so you can have white text on black, for example.</p>

						 <p>i have qttabbar and windowblinds, and it does work together but when hovering over a image or text file, the preview, when viewing the file info below the image, then moving to next image, keeps the previous images info on top of the next images info or… seems to show any windows title bar image instead, also the text files preview shows as black with almost black text, is there anyway to get it to show white, as it does with standard windows, this is happening on windows vista 32 it works fine on windows xp pro sp2 with windowblinds and no issues. any way to get it to look correct on vista?</p>
