Alright !!!!!

The fact was that I had Windowblinds UNLOADED (as I said that I didn't have it…a fault confessed is half redressed). I'm now hapy to conclude that all that mess happens only when you have windowblinds, BUT NOT SKINSTUDIO installed.
Since I installed Skinstudio, the QT Tabbar program behave the normaliest of the world. So I'm happy. Plus I discovered with restarting my computer that the buttons text of the QT Standard Buttons toolbar is customizable via the detail view alternate text color. This stuff is really the bomb ! Thank you Quizzo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a log about the error since the option to chose the background isn't inactive in internet explorer window. Here is what is written when I click ok at the option window :

**** Débogage JIT ****
Pour activer le débogage juste-à-temps (JIT), le fichier de configuration pour cette
application ou cet ordinateur (machine.config) doit avoir la valeur
jitDebugging définie dans la section system.windows.forms.
L'application doit également être compilée avec le débogage
activé.

Par exemple :

Lorsque le débogage juste-à-temps est activé, les exceptions non gérées
seront envoyées au débogueur JIT inscrit sur l'ordinateur
plutôt que d'être gérées par cette boîte de dialogue.

I hope this will be helpful to anyone that know the source code, particularly the author of the application…

hello i ve got the same problem, it worked on my other comouter & now that i want to set it on my other one, the option in inactivated as it has been just said

Thanks for your help.
I already knew where the option is, but the problem is that it's deactivated = i can't activate it because it only appears in a light grey…
I already inserted the image for the tabs, but the background doesn't work…

if you're german, you can answer in german too ;)

for that you make a right clic on the QT Tab standart button (not on a button)
you go to "Appearance"
Go down and you can see "Toolbar background image" -> check it and put your image on the area right.

I cant change the background-image neither. it must be some option we activated, but i dont know which one…

I use Win XP . I unlock the toolbars and then move address bar next to the menu.and after it I lock the toolbars again.
I didnt want to skin it look like Vista .

Awesome style! I am wondering something though. How did you get the drop down (menus like File, Edit, Tools, etc) next to the address bar? In my Vista, I am unable to relocate the address bar at all, so maybe you are using XP, but you skinned it to look like Vista?
